Cancellation Policy

I understand you may have to reschedule or cancel an appointment from time to time. I ask that you notify my office at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Appointments that are not cancelled 24 business hours in advance and appointments that you are late by 50% of the allotted time, will be billed at up to the provider's full self pay rate of $95. No shows will be billed at $50.
